What do all traders desire in a great trading system?
Hey Fellow Traders, and those that are about to become one. The above banner says it all, eh? Sorry, a little of the Canuck coming out in me. Please don't mistake the mechanical advantage for a robot (EA) trading system. All those that know me, realize that I am definitely not into robot trading. But if you can say, aqua arrow-aqua dot (Call Trade, Up) or magenta arrow-magenta dot (Put Trade, Down) and lastly, aqua arrow-magenta dot or vice-versa (No Trade) believe me that you can trade this Super Simple 5 minute binary options system standing on your head (ha,ha) no matter what your trading experience level is! O.K. now that we've got that out of the way and if you are familiar with my trading systems, you're probably thinking……
Ed, you already have a good Turbo 5 minute system and you would be right. So why another one? Well, I'm always trying to make something better and easier to trade and this baby has it both and generates more trades also. Out of all my trading systems, 5 minute binary options trading is by far the most popular. Hundreds of traders have been trading it, most quite successfully. In many cases they are augmenting their income or retirement and some are producing a full-time income with it. Though the problem that many have had, is interpolating the 5CW confirmation indicator and at times the repeating alert arrows. With the new 5 minute system I have virtually eliminated this problem, hence "Mechanical Advantage." As I explained at the beginning of this letter, there is none of this, it is really cut and dry. "Match the two colors, trade. No match, no trade.) Is that super simple or what? This is it guys, there won't be no excuses. Time to make the "big bucks".
I always like to show you charts and results, etc. of my new systems in action. Below are four days of chart results. This is not only to show you what this system can accomplish but I am still trying to get across to many of you, the importance of trading with a plan. Far too many of my clients and other binary options traders think that when we claim a 75% win ratio or better that you can sit down at your computer anytime of the day or night and make a quick 100 trades and at least 75 of them will be winners making you filthy rich in a month or two.
Guys and Gals, I hate to break your bubble but it just doesn't work that way. There are certain times and sessions that are ideal to trade while others are not so good. You must have your own good common sense rules of when to quit before you blow your account, some kind of money management, etc. So below is a hypothetical weeks trading plan. Monday to Thursday, monitoring 3 currency pairs for the first 3 hours of the Tokyo session with a total of 12 hours of trading for the week. This did not happen, but my plan was to quit a session if I lost 3 trades in a row. This was my plan. You could have a different plan, BUT you MUST have a plan to insure success! :1st day Monday, Tokyo Open – 3 Hours:
Not too bad for a Monday, Never was crazy about Mondays but I do trade them. A total of 21 trades were generated. The eur/usd wasn't so hot but at a $100. a trade which is my usual, we would have made a total of $620. Not bad for about 3 hours of work if you want to call it that. For me, it's the most fun thing I do on my computer!
All the yellow stuff and the vertical lines are for illustration only, not part of the system. You can see how simple it is. If the arrow and the dot color match, it's a trade. If they don't, no trade. If you don't have the time to trade, you could probably have your 3rd grader do it for you. (heh,heh) Next is:
2nd Day Tuesday, Tokyo Open – 3 Hours :

Tuesdays are almost always great trading days. We are on a roll now, this is where it starts getting exciting! 100% win ratios are quite common – but only if you have a trading plan. Day 2, a total of about 18 trades at $100. bucks a trade for a profit of a whopping $1090. If you look closely, although we were monitoring for 3 hours, we never took a trade before the open and never a trade after 3 hours from the opening bell. Did I mention that all this can be done in your lounging clothes or PJ's without ever leaving your home? Magnifico! eh? Next is:
3rd Day Wednesday, Tokyo Open – 3 Hours

Well here we are on our 3rd trading day. Getting real tough because we already have 6 hours in this week (heh,heh) Sorry for the sarcasm, I just couldn't help it. Another very decent day, 20 trades generated during our 3 hour watch. We would have banked another $1060. after a pleasant 3 hours of trading. Are you beginning to think that this could be one of the best little businesses on this planet?
Certainly beats slinging burgers or handing out shopping carts for $10. bucks an hour and you are your own boss.

Well we made it to our 4th day of trading. The Euro/Dollar didn't do very well this day but we didn't lose on it. Only a total of 14 trades generated but still a tidy little profit of $640. O.K. we just finished our exhausting 12 hour week of trading (just kidding)

O.K. my friends, let's take a look at this hypothetical trading week in perspective. Trading 3 hours per day at the same times each day for a 12 hour work week, we profited $3,410.00 For the benefit of the doubt, I am going to say that we might have lost 4 more trades due to late entry or a mistake placing it with the correct expiry time, etc. So then we are left with $3010.00 and for the sake of simplicity, we will make that a net $3000. profit trading week. That would add up to a $12,000. profit trading month working about 48 hours which is a little more than the average persons 1 week of work. Now I honestly believe that most of us could live pretty decent on 12 grand per month.
But I do realize that some of us might desire some of the better things in life and a little more of a lavish lifestyle. So what do we do? Well Ed, we could just trade another 3 hours per day. I say no, no and no. Simply because the second 3 hours probably won't be ideal trading time for a session. Also why put that kind of stress on yourself?
So you say O.K. lets monitor 3 more currency pairs. Nix again, that can also be stressful, plus many currency pairs are less desirable to make good binary options profits because of their volatility or even the forex spread on the pair can affect our trades. Many pairs have a spread of 6 to 12 pips or more which could affect our entry strike price and more. Right Ed, so what do I do because I need to earn more than 12 grand a month.
Remember besides having a plan and trading your plan, "KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE" So what do we do? Easy, we add a little more balance to our trading account in order to maintain good money management. And then we make our trades $200. each instead of $100. Now our monthly income is $24,000. per month. No extra stress or using up more of our liesure time, we just trade the same. That could be increased the same way if you wanted to earn more but let me say one thing, GREED & FEAR is usually the cause for the downfall of most unsuccessful traders. The rest fall into the category of traders without a plan. And guess what? It ends up to be about 90% of those that try to enter the trading game. Not on my watch – if you listen and put into practice what I try to relate to you from my more than 20 years of trading experience. Alright already! These are 2 live trade videos that I made for you. The first one, I made a mistake on the expiry time but still won it. The second one was traded correctly for double winners on two different currency pairs. You can make an error and often times still win the trade.

Lately I have been preferring to trade on MarketsWorld. They have rotating expiry times so it is difficult to get an exact 5 minute expiry. You usually end up going for 4 or 6 minute ones but it hasn't affected my 5 minute binary options trading system. If you look closely, you will see some 2 minute and 7 or 9 minute expiry times on a few trades. This was my mistake, jumping in without looking at the expiry time and choosing the right one. Even I make mistakes (heh,heh) But guess what this beautiful little system still pulled through with a win. Well my friends and fellow traders, we've come to the time when the rubber meets the road, so to speak. You can continue doing the same things with the same results or you can jump right in and try something new. This has to be the simplist system that I have ever created and you don't have to wait hours to see your results. It is also not such a short time system that you will get all flabbergasted and stressed out. All I can say is follow my advice, not because I'm the greatest trader around but because I've experienced all the ups and downs over the years of this trading business (and it really is a business, rather than a game). It should be treated that way. Also, make it a habit to practice and familiarize yourself with a new system on a demo account before you go live. I always say, if you can't make profit on a demo, what makes you think you will win on a live acount?
